Matt Bugler – Commercial

I have worked at Weetabix for just over 4 years having joined the business in January 2012.

I was initially attracted to the business by the heritage of both the company and iconic brands but it was also evident of the passion that everyone I met had in working for Weetabix – which I now completely understand!

My current role is Senior National Account Manager with responsibility for the management and strategic development of the Tesco account. I have been fortunate enough to gain experience of working with different customers and channels since joining Weetabix and this along with tailored personal development plans means everyone has a great chance to progress.

The flatter structure also means everyone has a chance to add value to the business and are empowered to truly make a difference.

Combine the fact that there are constantly new challenges and opportunities to be involved in cross-functional projects, with people who not only care about our brands, consumers and customers (not to mention the camaraderie) give just some of the reasons why Weetabix really is a great place to work.

To be successful at Weetabix I believe you need to be:

My single biggest tip for being productive at work is the Benjamin Franklin quote ‘If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail’
